I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I came to Utah when I was only 17 years old. I graduated with honors from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico Law School in the year 1994. As an immigration law attorney with over 28 years of experience, my primary role is to assist clients with navigating the complex and constantly changing landscape of immigration law. This involves helping clients obtain visas, green cards, and citizenship, as well as defending against deportation and removal proceedings.
We interact with government agencies such as USCIS, ICE, and the Department of State, as well as advocating for our clients in immigration court and other legal settings. We take pride in remaining up to date on changes to immigration laws and policies, as well as understanding the specific needs and circumstances of each of the clients we represent.
As an immigration attorney, we help individuals and families achieve their dreams of living and working in the United States. We have a deep understanding of the legal system and a strong commitment to justice and fairness for all. With our expertise and guidance, our clients can overcome the many challenges and obstacles that come with the immigration process and build a better life for themselves and their loved ones.
